César is a sailor on land and an incorrigible nomad. With more than 15 years of experience as an English teacher and creator of his own courses, he has trained and worked as a cultural manager in different projects, both national and aimed at the English-speaking public. A tireless apprentice who has a thousand roads left to walk.
César is the director and creator of the World Fellows España and the WSLB's global services contractor. He has a degree in linguistics from the University of Brighton, United Kingdom and a master's degree in Cultural Management from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
